How do I verify if I received the correct finish? The packaging doesn’t state the finish.
The package will have a bar code with the model number which will indicate the finish on the product. The model number # 720HFLSQT15CP indicates (15) which is the Satin Nickel finish.
Do the handles come with the door striker plate?

Can these be used on exterior patio doors. We don’t need them to lock as there are deadbolts
Yes, these levers can be installed on exterior doors. All Kwikset finishes are tested for durability in all weather conditions. For product maintenance, we suggest using warm, soapy water to clean it and then towel-dry the hardware. To protect the finish you can polish the lever with carnauba wax. We do not recommend using solvents nor harsh chemicals, which will void the finish warranty.
We have dumby handles on our hall closet double doors. We don’t like the look of the screws showing on handle plate. Do you make a plate for the front of door without screw holes & we could use the plate with screw holes on the back/inside of door?
We do not manufacture a plate cover for our dummy handles without exposed screws. Our passage hall/closet door levers have the exposed screws on the interior side.
My current door hardware has around base. How do I know if a square base will fit?
Halifax Square Matte Black Hall/Closet Door Lever is compatible with a 2 1/8" diameter backset borehole and the square rose cover has a diameter of 2 11/16".
I have Delta Champagne gold faucets throughout the home as well champagne gold knobs for the kitchen cabinets. Is the color of these knobs more of a shiny brass or brushed gold?
This Satin Brass finish looks more like brushed gold. It is not a shiny finish.

This includes 4 passage levers sets for 4 doors. Yes, there are 8 handles total, 2 per door.
If child locks door how do I unlock?
This model is a passage lever that does not have a lock.
