Two knobs.. inside and outside. Follow the instruction carefully to not totally unscrew the screw holding the two parts together.

My door is just shy of 1 3/8". I measure it at 1 5/16". Will this fit or is there a way to make it work?

Hey Brad, the photo is very misleading as there are two holes for the screws in the collar of this door knob. The screws will be showing on the outside. They simply go through the holes in the collar and into whatever your mounting this handle to. Hope this helps.
