Sagging handle
We installed it and the very next day, The handle is saggy and the tongue is too short! We tried to fix it but it stayed the same. We bought 3 of these and the other 2 are fine. See pics. Wish I can take this back. It looks great otherwise.

I purchased this four pack because it was an awesome deal...but there's a glitch with these handl...
I purchased this four pack because it was an awesome deal...but there's a glitch with these handles. When installed the handle "droops" slightly even after tightening. I called Kwikset to ask them how to troubleshoot (after I installed three of them and the droop got progressively worse), and they told me that I'd have to have them for a few months before I log a complaint. What?!? I think I understand WHY these are being sold at such a steep discount. I love the style and the color though. The additional levers I purchased without the lock (hall/closet lever) do NOT droop.

Attractive, much heavier than I anticipated, feel sturdy. The first one took a long time to install because I tried to follow the directions. After that, it took about 10 minutes to remove and install each one. Directions are poorly written and so tiny that you need a magnifying glass to read them.
