This single cylinder deadbolt can be locked or unlocked by using the keypad or key from the outside as well as the turn button from the inside. The crisp, clean appearance of the Satin Nickel finish adds to the overall look of the product and brings a modern feel. Comes with Lifetime mechanical and finish warranty, 1-year electronics warranty.

Does this have low battery warning?
he keypad flashes red 10 times with 10 beeps when the battery is low and needs replacing.
Can this be used for a bedroom door

can I use lithium battery
We recommend AA name-brand alkaline batteries and do not recommend lithium nor rechargeable batteries for our Electronic Locks.
Can the autolock feature be turned off?
Yes, the Auto-Lock feature can be enabled and disabled at any time.
Can this be used right and left hand
Yes, the Powerbolt 250 is designed to fit both left-hand and right-hand doors.
Can it be rekeyed
Yes, the Powerbolt 250 features SmartKey Security that allows you to re-key it using the SmartKey Tool: https://www.kwikset.com/smartkey-security
When setting up a code, it says to press the #1, then the Kwikset button, then the code you want. When entering multiple codes, do we then press #2 for the next code and so on for the following codes or will it always be #1 then Kwikset?
