If I have 2 air purifiers, will the app recognize both separately and provide information from both?
Yes, you can add multiple devices to the VeSync app. You also have the option to change the names of each device through the app or assign them to different rooms (kitchen, bedroom, etc.).
If the ionization function is switched off, then will the unit be completely ozone-free?
Aside from the PlasmaPro models (which have an optional plasma function), all Levoit air purifiers are ozone-free and do not produce ions. Please note that the PlasmaPro models also have ozone-free versions on our website (Core 200S, 300S, 400S, & 600S). They work purely mechanically by drawing in air and filtering it through our 3-stage filtration system. The plasma function works by breaking down pollutants' molecular structure through the bonding of negative and positive ions. For more information, please contact our support team directly.
Does this unit remove viruses? The product description and specifications don't say if it removes viruses or not.
