Q:Hi. How low this can hang. In photo of measurements, is the fixture itself 36.5? tall & then the down rod can be 39.5?? Our ceiling is vaulted. In the photo, the far back of the room, (white hanging wires) is where 2 large lights can go over island.

Good light, with a few bugs
Let me start with the good. The look of the light is great, it’s got kind of a vintage feel to it and also a little bit formal but not so much that it doesn’t match with a little more of a low-key Decour. We definitely don’t have a formal set up but I would say that this probably has a little bit of range to fit in a few different styles. With 300 lm LEDs it gives off a pretty good amount of light. 2400 lm total. Which is about the equivalent of three regular 60 W lightbulbs.
What I don’t love about it. A couple of the bulb bases I wasn’t able to actually get vertical, you can see in one of the pictures have a couple of the longer ones don’t quite go straight up and down. It’s pretty minor but some thing that I would like to have control over, making that adjustment. The biggest issue I have with it is how it installs. You have to use either the chain or at the very least the carabiner style clip that you can see in the pictures. And for wiring it you have to run the wire up through the center screw before you attach the part that mounts to the ceiling. The problem is if you don’t have a ton of space in your a junction box or you have a shallow junction box it’s all that impossible to feed that wire up through which you have to do after. If the wire could go up through the middle but then be in the fixture mount it would be fine, but it can’t because you have to wire it and then put it up.
That being said, I’m only going to ding one star because once it’s up I’m the only one who’s gonna notice that the bulb holders are perfectly straight and I don’t need to deal with the install issue anymore

Very pretty and dramatic
This was exactly what I wanted in our homes - however one of the arms was slightly pushed out more than the others and gives the illusion of everything being crooked if you look to closely. I added flowers to fill the empty look of it - which was perfect! The arms move independently of each other which was nice!

Timeless
Timeless high end look that will look great for years to come. The finish is brilliant and I love the varying heights of the candelabras. It seems it would work with just about any decor style: modern, farmhouse and even industrial. This has a more polished look than my similar entranceway chandelier in that it does not have a wire running on the outside of the candle cradle that might ruin the fluidity of the design. I think I may go ahead and switch them out and get a smaller version for over my table. It is also a very simple DIY; the wires are labeled and it doesn't require any assembly. The length is also great for over table tops and the chain (needed for my high-ceiling entranceway) gives the option to extend it even more. Definitely worth a little splurge for this.

Unfortunately the finish and visual appeal is nowhere close our expectations. Instead of individual pieces assembled together, many features are purely cosmetic and are casted together, also the finish is paint and not polished metal. Based on this we decided to return this light fixture.

Don't bother
Take a good look at the photo of the chandelier. Simple 90 degree bends in 8 arms. You will be lucky if the bends in more than 2 arms are in the same plane. Don't know what this means, don't buy it. Actually, don't buy it period. Nice idea. Poor attention to detail.
