Yes, there is a C/F button on the back to select Celsius or Fahrenheit.

How long is the memory? How long does it hold temp high low memory 24 hours, a week, unlimited or till you reset it?
Data Hi & Lo records are kept until manually reset (hold MIN/MAX button for 3 seconds) or when batteries are changed. Please review Full product manual under INFO & GUIDES on products page.

Accuracy is questionable

Bought two of them; one for first floor the other for the second. In side by side comparison the temperature readings were of .3 degrees. Very acceptable. However, humidity was off by 7%; a significant difference in the values. Contacted company and told margin of error is plus or minus 7%! A maximum range error of 14 percentage point. Clearly not accurate. Email with company was not very collaborative either.
