About This Product
White-Seal is a one-component, thick, high performance styrene acrylic, rubberized, elastomeric roof sealer. When applied as directed, it will provide a waterproof and weatherproof seal adhering tightly to any surface and it will not crack, crumble or peel despite exposure to severe weather or total joint movement. White-Seal reflects sun rays and reduces interior temperatures.

can this product be used on a blook wall in a basement? it has always been a great product on my Mobile home at the lake looks great on there would like to use it on my basement walls if able to
Hi Jcraft, the purpose of the White-Seal 5 Gal. Acrylic Elastomeric White Reflective Roof Sealer is to be used as a roof sealer. In your case for the block wall in a basement you could use the Dry-Coat which is ideal to use as a waterproofing paint or sealant. Waterproofs concrete, brick, basements, concrete blocks, stucco, foundations, retaining walls, water ponds, suitable to use above or below grade.
What is the coverage for 5 gals.

Hi Gary, we have not tried it , so I cannot recommend it. I know that you can use on wood, but I don't know it's reaction if sea water is getting wet all the time.

Hi Gram, our recommendation for rubber roof similar to a RV roof are: Coolguard, Urethanizer and Ultra Siliconizer.
If applied to asphalt shingle roof, does the same warranty apply?
Hi HankT, currently I would say yes, that the same White-Seal warranty applies. I would like to remind customers that with any application of any roof coating will void any warranty they have on their shingle roof. Finally, I would like to make clear that putting elastomeric roof coatings on a shingle roof with an attic with poor ventilation could trap moisture which may damage their roof by rusting nails and rotting wood in their roof.
