Parts do not fit properly
I received this as a gift. The panel that goes on the side with the igniter is wrong. The hole for the igniter is off to the side and doesn’t fit properly. I assume the hole was cut in the wrong place. No matter how much I loosened screws to make it work, it still does not fit properly. I cannot return it. I’m very disappointed. What a waste.

Burns Out
First time we used this fire pit, it worked great. Second time, it lost fire after one hour and would not stay lit. Third time, it lost fire after 5 minutes and would not stay lit after multiple attempts to re-light. swapped a full propane tank, no improvement. It looks nice and feels solid for the low price, but burner quality is poor. Do not recommend.

It’s exactly what I wanted but it’s always hit or miss getting an igniter to properly work…. I have to add the flame unfortunately.
