Hard, cheap sounding snapping as is expected with a relatively inexpensive item.
3 switches have 2 screw terminals on the right & a ground screw terminal lower left below the switch. 3 switches have 2 screw terminals on the right, 1 on the upper left & a ground screw terminal lower left. The box was packed incorrectly.
What switch is the photo from the back of? Because it isn't the same switch as the other photos.

It appears you're observing a discrepancy between this image and other photos of the product. It's possible there was an error in the packaging or you may be looking at photos of a different switch. The Leviton 15 Amp 3-Way Quiet Switch, model #M22-01453-2WM, should have a combination of side wiring and Quickwire push-in wiring terminals as shown in the back photo.
I am replacing one of two 3-way light switches. After replacing the switch it works but the other switch does not turn on or off the light as before. There are two separate wall switches controlling the light.
If the other switch does not work, then unfortunately, it appears to be miswired. Would need to check to ensure the line hot is connected to the black terminal on 1 switch, the load wire connected to the black terminal on the other switch. The travelers can be connected in any sequence on the brass terminals.
What is the largest wire size that can be installed on the switch?
For quick wire, only 14 AWG. For side wire, 14 or 12 AWG

Apologize, however this is a traditional 3 way switch to control 1 load from 2 different switches.
I’m not totally sure I understand your question. Are you talking about a 3 way switch, where 2 switches control one function? Are you setting up 2 switches (single pole) 1 for light and one for fan? 2 switches for 1 function would be a 3 way switch which needs traveler wires. If you are are hooking up 1 switch for light and another for fan, this is the wrong switch, you will want a single pole switch.
Does Leviton offer a 3-way toggle switch like this but with a slide dimmer for sale at HD? If so, please provide the direct link.
