TLDR These are awesome with flexibility (I plan to add a second small under shelf, and of course it can take a wood dowel. I appreciate the options. If you like the look, get it. Longer write up These brackets are wonderful! I appreciate the strength of the shelf brackets and the ability to use the hooks to hand something or you could add a dowel rod and cap off the ends and hooks. It just feels like there's a bit of flexibility. Looking at it I could even use the lower support as a smaller and lower profile shelf if I wanted. The welds looked okay. They will be the weakest point on this structure. In order to obtain clean looks with minimal weld, you lose some strength. Another piece, not this brand, that I ordered, had the weld break during shipping. These arrived intact. The shelf is sturdy. Good strong design and just stable as heck when attached. The finishing missed some spots, but unless you're a very detailed oriented individual, you likely won't notice. I'm unable to tell once installed. It was only in some nooks that would be understandably hard to completely hit with the finishing. For my shelf, I just took some old cedar boards that were weathered and cracked, and cut them down on my miter saw and table saw and glued them together to create the shelf. The screws were curious. I felt the notches and four different types of screws were overkill. I actually ignore the screw types when installing. They might be a nice feature for someone, but I think simplifying the piece with more standardized screws would have been better. I had four different types. Panhead and a hybrid panhead/flathead and then I had two different sizes. The brackets were about 7" long. My shelves were about 8" x 23".

They are easy to install and come with the needed hardware. Made of steel, they are also very sturdy. They have a maximum weight load of 60 lbs. per pair; they fit shelves up to 8 inches in depth.

These nickel steel shelf brackets with hook have a really beautiful finish! I was really impressed with how nice the finish is. Installation was very easy and there were some design details that you don’t find with simple brackets. The hole for screw at the top of the bracket that goes into the wall allows for you to put your screw into the wall first then hang the bracket. This helps you to prevent from scratching the bracket with your driver because of the angle you would have to screw it in. Also the hole for the bottom screw goes slightly into the bracket so the screw head sits more flush with the bracket. Small detail make the biggest difference in quality and appearance. Overall very happy with the design and quality!!

I really like these. They have the extra hooks to hang stuff on. The screws that hold the board on with are a little short if you're using a thicker board, but do hold it down. The screws that came with it to hold it to the wall are long enough and does hold it to the wall good. Not sure how much weight you can put on it, but it does seem to be stout enough to hold moderate amount of weight.

Simple, sturdy and cost effective. I really like all of these Liberty brackets, especially in the matte black. This one has a nice little hook. We have a very small cabin / tiny house and having shelves throughout is mandatory. The finish on the steel brackets is laid on thick so no concern of rust or thin spots. The metal itself is thick and sturdy. Comes with good quality hardware and I like being able to add whatever wood board I choose to complete the project.

These Liberty nickel steel decorative brackets are very modern looking and made from a high quality material. They are heavy and will hold a shelf and then coats on the hooks. These have a very nice gold color and will last a lifetime if mounted to the wall properly. I would highly recommend these brackets to anyone that wants to had a shelf to a room.

This shelf bracket is not only very functional but decorative as well. The brackets are very sturdy. The matt black finish looks great and will look good and complement any background color. The mounting holes provide for easy mounting. The top hole allows for the first screw to be started and after bracket is attached the screw tightened. The decorative hooks can be mounted in either direction giving a neat appearance.

Nice set of shelf brackets that also provide easy installation. This set of shelf brackets has a nice matte black finish with clean welds. Two sets of color-matched screws were provided, one set for attaching the shelf and the other for attaching the bracket to the wall. The wall screws worked well for securing the bracket to a stud location and were also a matching size for most plastic, small/medium, wall anchors. One of the nicest features of these brackets is the key-hole slots for the two sets of screws that are located within the interior section (see photo) which allowed the top wall mounting screws to be almost completely screwed into the wall without having to struggle to get a screwdrivers "inside" the angled portion of the brackets. The same is true for the set of back screws for the shelf board.

These shelf brackets would be ideal for use inside an entry to the home. In addition to the shelf, each bracket had a hook that could be used to hang a shopping bag, leash, umbrella or similar. These shelf brackets are designed to support an 8” shelf (not included). Screws are provided to attach to wall studs, and to secure the shelf board to the brackets. Instructions are not provided, but these would not be recommended for use with drywall anchors. Made in China
