- This product can be installed over radiant heat concrete subfloors. In-floor radiant components must be a minimum of ½ in. (13mm) below flooring and heating system should not allow floor surface temperature to exceed 85 degrees Fahrenheit (29 degrees Celsius). Heating system should be operational for at least two weeks prior to installation to calibrate temperature settings. Flooring cannot be laid directly over radiant heating mats. Please consult with the radiant heat system manufacturer to ensure that the system is compatible with vinyl flooring.

What is the carton weight?

Can i install it backwards for to avoid a transition piece
Thank you for reaching out- We do not recommend installing the Disk Cherry backwards. It's very hard to get the tongue and groove to lock.
Does this flooring need to acclimate before installing
Thanks for reaching out- Lifeproof vinyl flooring does not generally require acclimation when the product is stored properly. The HVAC system must be on and functional before, during, and after installation. During installation, the room must be kept between 50°F & 100°F (10°C & 38°C). After installation, the room should remain between -25°F & 155°F (-31.7°C & 68.3°C) and relative humidity (RH) of 40%-60%.
Can this vinyl flooring snap lock product be used in a residential home with wheelchair and scooter traffic. Has it been used in medical clinics? What kind of commercial use?
Thanks for your question. In general, any type of heavier rolling load does not work well with a floating floor. The torque from the wheels will put stress on the tongue and groove and lead to gapping or damage of the planks. We usually suggest a glue down product.
What is preattached?
Thanks for your question. We have an underlayment pre-attached to the planks. It's a 1 mm HDPE.

Yes, that's what I used to quickly cut my Lifestyle LVT.
Thanks for your question. We normally suggest a sharp utility knife but you can use other types of cutting tools.
