(13mm) below flooring and heating system should not allow floor surface temperature to exceed 85 degrees Fahrenheit (29 degrees Celsius). Heating system should be operational for at least two weeks prior to installation to calibrate temperature settings. Flooring cannot be laid directly over radiant heating mats. Please consult with the radiant heat system manufacturer to ensure that the system is compatible with vinyl flooring.

is there a filler or silicone i can use for joints that have a gap
I have to replace some of my LIFEPROOF LVP Flooring because of a water leak. The color is Ocala Oak and you no longer carry that color. I’d Chiffon Oak the same color?
Thanks for your question. Chiffon Lace Oak IS the same color. We don't recommend connecting the planks together though. You'll need to use a transition between the different floors.
Will this LVP do well over the quietwarmth system?
Thanks for your question. We do not recommend or warranty installing our Lifeproof planks over Quietwarmth or any other radiant film or mat. Radiant heat is only approved with hydro or electric elements buried at least 1/2" below the surface of a concrete subfloor.
What does the box weigh

There is a 1/2" floor level difference between the tiled bathroom floor and the floor being covered with the Lifeproof product. The adjustable T-molding sold at HD doesn't work well...what reducer molding is recommended that color matches Dusk Cherry?

I have Lighthouse Oak Pattern L106511L with a SKU of 1002195280. Gauge .276in/7.0 mm. What is the the wear level thickness (MIL) of this flooring. Will it be 100% compatible with the 22 Mil Lighthouse oak as far as locking together?
Thanks for your question. The wear layer of I106511L is 6 mil. It also has a square edge as opposed to the microbevel on the 22 mil plank. We do not recommend trying to connect two different products since the tongue and groove could sit in a slightly different spot on each.
