Heating system should be operational for at least two weeks prior to installation to calibrate temperature settings. Flooring cannot be laid directly over radiant heating mats. What is the compatible accessories/transitions for the color of Folly Bridge Oak? I do not see this color in the compatible document.
Thanks for your question. Home Depot outsources the trims and moldings so if one is not listed on the compatibility chart, they do not have a specific color they recommend. There are a lot of colors though, so you might be able to find something that matches.
Are these planks the same size as the 2018 lifeproof choice oak vinyl plank flooring?
Thanks for your question. If they have the exact same model number or sku, they are the same. Otherwise, they probably won't be. Home Depot has had several different sizes and wear layers of Choice Oak.
Can the Lifeproof Universal Underlayment (SKU 1006262709) be used for leveling pupose on some spots of plywood subfloor during installation of 22 mil lifeproof LVP so LVP locking mechanism be safe?

What should be used to clean this flooring?
Thanks for your question. You should use pH neutral cleaner. Most Home Depot stores carry Zep Neutral Cleaner and OdoBan Neutral Cleaner. Both work well and are available on the shelf.
We would like to install in a weekend home. We do not run the heat/AC when we are not there. Will this work with temperature variations?
Thanks for your question. The product needs to be kept climate controlled in order to perform properly. Broad temperature swing can hinder the lock of the tongue and groove when the plank is expanding and contracting.
Does it need plastic film on the concrete to be installed?
Thanks for your question. Over concrete, you can use a 6 mil poly/plastic sheeting if you want to but it is not required. It will not affect your warranty either way.
What is the thickness of the actual vinyl plank not including the underlayment?
Thanks for your question. The Pinecrest Place Oak (model # I233111L) plank minus the underlayment is 5.5 mm thick. The pre-attached underlayment is 1 mm.
