I want to install this in my basement. Is the warranty void if I don’t install a underlayment?
Thanks for your question. You can install Sterling Oak directly on top of a concrete subfloor as long as it meets the installation guidelines (flatness, moisture, etc.) You can use Lifeproof Underlayment or 6 mil poly under the planks if you'd like to but it is not required.
What type of saw blade is recommended to cut these planks? We have a 10 inch blade saw.

Can these floors e steamed washed
Thanks for your question. Yes, you can use a steam mop but please don't leave it in one spot for too long and use the lowest heat setting.
