Very nice carpet

So far, so good. We have a house with dogs and kids, so we needed something sturdy. And we went with this darker color because it wouldn't show stains as much. Since installation, we've gotten lots of compliments. Even the kiddos have mentioned how soft and pretty this new carpet is. I'm really happy with this purchase.

Does not hold up

I have had this carpet barely over three years. Two people and one dog live in the house. We always take our shoes off and clean the dog's paws before letting her on the carpet. The carpet has matted down in several places. You can see the loops are fraying and the carpet holds smell. I purchased this specifically because we had a dog and am very disappointed. I also can't get a straight answer on who to call about the warranty! Can't imagine what it will look like after another three years.
