Yes, you should be okay. The footprint of the shed is a bit smaller than 8 x 12.
Our sheds are used all over the country, including Southern Arizona with very few heat related issues. So, you should be fine. If for some reason, you do have an issue ,our Customer Service Department would be happy to help get it resolved for you.
When I bought my sheds, there was no delivery fee assessed. Professional assembly availability may vary among HD locations. Currently, I see that the product is out-of-stock. Much of that is the result of COVID lockdowns that adversely affected the supply chain. When the product is available, consider assembling the shed yourself. I'm not a pro-anything and yet, was able to assemble the shed in about 2 hours using just a screwdriver and one grandson. The instructions are well-written and you can find how-to videos on HD's website as well as YouTube. When the product shows up as available, the product page will reveal if assembly is available in your area and the added cost, as well as shipping charges (if any). I hope the product is available soon as I could use another shed myself.
if there are walls on either side of the shed just 1ft away it may be difficult. bolts/screw are on inside but it might be tricky. you could assemble in opened and slide it onto your concrete slab. best thing is ask the installers are download assembly instructions. good luck!
Our sheds are made to maintenance free and no painting is required. If you do choose to paint your shed you will want to make sure you use a paint that will adhere to the plastic. A primer may be required. Check with your local paint store for appropriate products. Be aware that painting your shed may void your warranty.
Your shipping cost includes curb-side delivery. This typically means the shipping company will unload the shed in front of your home, or in your driveway. You will want to have help moving the boxes as they are very heavy.
I can't say for sure but am wondering if you would be better off contacting Home Depot customer service or the company that makes these sheds. I have one and just love it.
It comes in two large boxes and needs to be assembled. This shed requires you to already have a foundation of wood or concrete prior to assembly. It took two people about 6 hours to assemble
The windows panel can be placed on either side.
It comes on two pallets. So when they deliver it you better be ready to wete you want it. Get a dolly from someone because you will need it to move the boxes on the pallet. The hight of the wall is the same as the boxes.
