Awesome Set! Great for my kids!
The Litetime Adventure Tunnel Swing Set is just amazing. The minute we started building it, my kids were so excited as they saw how it started to come together. I have three kids, so I can see them playing for years. As they are outside most of the time, but also because of the materials. You can just look at it and see how durable they will be. We had a small swing set made out of wood, and it was fine when it was only one kid. So this has been an incredible upgrade for us. It did take us a bit of time as we were so confident in ourselves. So I will say be prepared, watch the tutorial on building it, gather all tools and maybe a few friends, too. The packaging does make it easy as it has it all labeled, so you don't have to worry about which screw is which or where it goes. An awesome addition and very happy with the set.

    Kids love the tunnel!
The kids are super excited to get this playset. The tunnel is a great feature that is fun for them to use. ( it was difficult to get it to line up on one side) We really like how they have options that are each unique in climbing to get to the house and slide on top. We like the neutral colors of the playset. We have a large yard so this is a nice addition( have about 3/4 of an acre but this would be fine in most any yards. We have 3 kiddos and they are all able to play on this at the same time. ( I did receive this playset from life time for an honest review) I have 2 complaints/ recommendations. It might be user error but lining the tube up was almost impossible on the larger landing area I was only able to get 4 of the holes to line up with the rock wall to screw them in. The other is the rope ladder. I would recommend adding the rope ladder instructions earlier in the build.( When you first set the swing part upright) I used a jack and some lumber to lift the fully built set to slip the rope ladder on the swing set. Both of these things would not deter me from getting and loving this playset. Pictures do not do it justice for how nice it really is. Great quality that should last a lifetime( pun intended)

Great fun for toddlers to teens
This is a fantastic quality play set. It is quite time intensive to set up, and should definitely have at least two adults for the majority of it. One of the last steps is to put the rope ladder on and we really wished we had a third adult to help lift because this set is heavy. I love all the little details this set includes. On the bottom there is a photo display of a store shelf. On the upper level both floors include unique road maps for toy cars. The play house has a chalkboard and maze for added fun. The play house is tall enough that my 5 foot tall 12 year old can stand up inside it before easily crawling through the tunnel. The slide is fast and fun even for the older kids.

          Labor of love
First and foremost this is a beautiful playset! It is amazingly fun for our friends and family. We have quickly become the house to be at. With that said, the playset assembly is very intensive to build. It took about 20 hours from opening the box to finally completing the last step. This was done mostly solo, but were times when 3 people were absolutely required. The tunnel was the most challenging part, but all in all this playset is beyond worth it. It looks amazing in our backyard and the colors match allowing it to blend in despite its large size. This is really a playset that an entire family can play on at once. Our favorite thing about the playset has to be the swings and how big it is. It’s like we have a park playground in our own backyard. There’s no question in my mind that this playset is a must have!

            We love this playset
We have owned this playset for 4 years this Christmas. Our kids (and neighbor kids) range from 2 to 13 years of age. I have climbed up to help smaller kids, and it seems very sturdy. The slide is pretty steep (pretty fast) so smaller kids may need a hand on the trip down. This feature keeps this swingset interesting for older kids. The slide gets very hot to the touch in full sun, so plan accordingly with your location. After 4 years, we have some bolts on the underside rusting and falling out, but it does not seem to affect the structural integrity of the playset. We will continue to monitor the situation. This playset took my husband and a friend about 18 hours to build, over 2 days with breaks. It was labor intensive, but not overwhelmingly difficult. We have always been pleased with Lifetime products. We are adding a climbing dome this year.

              Sturdy, great features, no regrets
I assembled this in 24 hours, over the course of 3 days. No parts missing and I was able to do 90% of it without another person. However, there are some bolts/nuts that need 2 people and some frame flip maneuvers. It takes a medium level of skill to assemble, so if you don't own a tool belt, or a folding table to stage parts, or a screw gun/drill with a set of alan sockets; you're going to want someone who does. I had no issues with missing parts. Toughest part was using force to get the tunnel lined up with the large platform, to set the self tapping screws. I'm very happy with the quality of the hardware, the fit and finish of the set, the features, and how strong it is. I'm 250lbs and have climbed everything and even plunged the tunnel with my fat self. It never felt unsafe. Most importantly my kids absolutely love this set.

                Fantastic!
It was very helpful reading all these reviews before I purchased this playset. I put it together mostly myself and just needed someone to hold the wrench while putting bolting the tunnel to the A-frame. Everything else was pretty easy to do solo although it took a while. I went a little out of order to get the frame done so the kids could swing while I worked on other the stages. Reverse the bolts/nuts inside the tunnel or else they'll stick up and be a hazard to little kid knees. The video shows it the correct way while the paper instructions have it backwards. The way they organize the hardware in separate packages is awesome. Pay close attention to the size bolts the instructions call for each step or else you'll be going back and undoing a lot of hard work. Once assembled this thing is solid due to great cross-bracing in the design. It comes with some anchors but I'm in hurricane-prone Florida so used the ones that came with it to anchor down the smaller poles on the towers then ordered some 18" corkscrew anchors for the main A-frame. This thing isn't going anywhere. We have a pile of 5 and 3 year olds on the street that are always over to play on this thing. There's plenty for all of them to do and we're so happy with this purchase! I'd highly recommend it for sure.

                  Sturdy and Smart
Very well thought out once you get the hang of it! There are a few steps that are very important to read carefully but overall not too bad!

                  Amazing Product
First and foremost, I strongly recommend this product. I am experienced in putting things together, have the necessary tools in my inventory, and a Six Sigma Green belt. There is no such thing as "perfect instructions" or labeling in projects of this magnitude. As with anything big and steel, there will be some quirks in assembly. We just bought a brand new home this past summer and wanted a new playset to go with it that will last. Our son is almost 8 and many playsets are capped out at that age. We did a lot of research and decided to go with Lifetime. Wow... photos and dimensions on the website do not compare to how big this thing actually is. Between sorting and some orientation rework, it took nearly 20 hours to assemble (about 60% was by my self). There are some areas where two people is a must. Mental Notes... know how you intend to orient the playset, it will impact how everything falls into place toward the end. It will play a significant role in pole (rope and angle ladders) and floor placement (small deck, slide). Most poles were marked, however, was easy to identify the ones that weren't. Also, at the end when I was attaching the large deck ladders, I needed to use a ratchet strap to pull the A frame pole to the opposite connecting pole. When connecting the large deck square frames (R and L), do not screw the small section until the walls are up. I needed to mallet them closer at the top. For the QA team at Lifetime, small notes in the instruction manual would be helpful in this matter. For example, which A frame support pole matches up with the opposite ladder attachment under the large deck. Also, notes on the small deck side on how the slide will face. Other than that, nothing too crazy and extra nuts and bolts were great. As mentioned, knowing how one intends to orient the playset plays a factor. Take your time, don't rush and be patient. That's all I can think of and I hope that this review helps anyone interested in this or any other Lifetime playset.
