A:Â Just make sure the bowl is down where the gas will be, the gas does not need to be on much since this produces a large spark, when you squeeze it firmly it tit will rub pretty firmly and spark. Make sure to use it soon after opening the gas so you do not get a huge potentially dangerous flame. Gas lights VERY easily.

A:Â With a flint in the striker, hold handle in one hand and use your thumb to squeeze the handle together quickly. Doing so will slide the striker across the flint causing a spark which will then light whatever flammable gas tool you are trying to use.

Takes 2 hands and pressure and even then rarely makes a spark
JUNK. I can make a spark if I hold it with 1 hand and press down with the other hand forcing pressure on it. I guess I'll just have to lay my gas torch on the ground to light it with this garbage. Come on Lincoln, we expect better from you!
