Can you tell us what the comforter measures? This California king comforter should measure 102 x 96 inches and fit great on a California king mattress. However, please keep in mind that the thickness of your mattress can affect how much fabric hangs over the edges.
If you have a thick mattress or like to have a lot of extra fabric, then choosing a larger size like the oversized king might work better for you.
Additionally, this comforter is designed to be a mid-weight comforter which is great for all-season use. However, we realize that one comforter won’t work perfectly for every user.
If you would like the comforter to feel thicker and provide more warmth, then we recommend adding a duvet cover.

I love this comforter. Supper soft and thick but not to heavy. nice and large. I have a double King bed and have a hard time finding bedding large enough.

The size of this comforter fit my California split king...
The size of this comforter fit my California split king bed perfectly. There are some picks where the batting has come through but they are very tiny and should not pose a problem. Love the size and the comfort of this item!!!
