The functionality of this unit is great/. It has a 35ft cord and 4 outlets. It is not good if you do not have much space. I use this in my garage. It has a master power switch and a surge protector button to reset it if it trips. I wouldn’t call it rugged. The plastic is just tough enough but I wouldn’t toss it into the back of a pickup truck. There is just enough room for the power cord and comes with a reel to wind up the cord. There is not a guide so you have to manually move the cord back and forth to wind it up. Overall, a good product with good features.

I have to give this product my 'Good" rating only, it's a nice cord reel and all - 14AWG, 35 ft. cable to ensure no power drop, 4 grounded outlets 15 AMP rated outlets. However, the circuit breaker with overload protection is rated at 125v 1250w 10A for all outlets combined total load. The ON/OFF switch with power light indicator is located between the outlets and it's coved by a 3-year limited warranty.
There you have it and nice extension cord in a reel, with and 10a combine rating with a HD rating with it's 14 AWG cord.

This is a nice cord reel compared to the typical 50 gauge reel. I have one that is just that and having a slightly heavier gauge wire and another 10 feet is handy. The reel is easy to operate and the cord keeper is handy for keeping the cord under control as it is played out. This pairs well with a generator when you want something to grab and take to the field to put out and take up quickly with minimal effort. The 4 outlet setup is handy and since you have heavier wire you should be able to support 4 tools a bit more safely. A built in surge protector is a nice touch too. If you consider the price of a cord reel, cord and surge protector bought separately it is not a bad del to get it all in one neat package. If like me you go to length to keep things neat it’s a good little tool.

60 foot. 14/3 Extension Cord Storage Reel with 4 Grounded Outlets and Surge Protector. My only concern is the 13 amp rating on this extension cord. Works great for trimming pecan trees with our electric chainsaw. Sixty feet is an interesting choice, but I often needed the extra ten feet and didn’t have it. I do have a concern about the cord being wrapped while in use as my son had a 100 foot cord that he melted while using it still mostly coiled; that cord is now 35 feet long after replacing an end. The circuit protection on this one should take care of that. The built in “lock” is a nice touch to keep unwanted loosening while in use and storage.

I am going to tell you what a difference my new Extension Cord Reel with 4 grounded outlets, on & off switch and surge protection had made using the female end of an long extension cord. First look at the two old one socket end cords that I was using with one female socket in the photo attached. The Feature of having 4 augmented sockets to use on the working end of the Link2Home cord and storage reel is an Advantage not having to find an extra multi-plug to add on the end of the other cords. The Benefit I get of having 4 sockets that are grounded, surge protected and an on & off switch on the face of the reel makes my time more useable for working on the job at hand. And, when I am finished the line feeder at the bottom along with the crank handle and the metal frame stand make it easier to crank the cord back onto the reel. The carrying handle with a comfortable grip when I am carrying or winding in and letting out the cord is an added Feature not found on many reels. It also has a clip on the end of the cord to clip it to the rim of the reel keeping it from flapping when carried and coming undone in storage or when carried. All round this storage reel with the above mentioned Features is a needed asset when working at a distance from a fixed outlet.

I think mine is defective it would be great if it worked correctly the plugs do not stay in the outlets and yes I tried bending my plugs and it keeps shutting off and coming back on I think it may have a short I need to exchange it to really give an honest opinion

Excellent Extension Cord with Usb Ports

It is very useful with the 20ft cord I can have 2 extra outlets anywhere in my garage. I can plug in my light I use when I'm under the car changing my oil and I can charge my phone at the same time. Two great products all in one. Love the portability.

Great design- compact
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this up because I was looking for an intermediate power cord that was easy tote. I have plenty of power cords but I don’t always need a 47’ cord. This little 20” cord I have now has it’s own carrying cradle AND a wall mount system. That alone makes a big difference but the most superb feature this power cord has is two 120v A/C outlets and two usb charging ports! So very nice Tom have all you need in one power cable. Thanks for the innovation!

I use this for my Airstream travel trailer and love...
I use this for my Airstream travel trailer and love the compact reel and the high quality of the cord. I store this in the trunk of my trailer and it’s perfect.
Charging with an inferior cord is not safe or efficient. 12 gauge is the only way to go for what I needed.
