Whether your drain is fully blocked or slow-running, Industrial Strength Gel restores a clean, clear flow-even clogs caused by soap scum don't stand a chance. This drain cleaner works effectively throughout your home, in showers, tubs, bathroom sinks, kitchen sinks and garbage disposals. With regular use, it also helps keep drains free of buildup and helps prevent future clogs. Industrial Strength Gel is safe for all septic systems, garbage disposals and pipes, including PVC, plastic, copper and old pipes. Do not use with a plunger, in toilets or with ammonia, toilet bowl cleaners, or non-Liquid-Plumr clog removers (to avoid hazardous gas). It contains biodegradable surfactants and no phosphorous. Excessive heat or cold may cause Liquid-Plumr to form clumps, but this should not affect its performance.

Before using it, remove the bathtub stopper or strainer. Use a drain stick to pull out the clog, then follow up with our product to dissolve what remains.       Q:Clogged shower drain. I tried vinegar and baking soda, with Dawn and boiling water. It only helped a little. Can I switch to this product, or would that create noxious gas?

          it doesn't work for my kitchen sink.
          i bought two bottles, today. i used it following the direction, it is not work. the blogs got worse. before, the water was flowing slowly, right now, it is totally blocked. for bathroom sink, it is. work great. i am sorry for that.

            I used to have a lots of issues with my bathtub and all the time used to be clogged. Ive tried different things to unclog it and some worked, but within a week it was clogged again. Well I tried this Liquid-Plumr Industrial Strength Gel Drain Cleaner, 42 oz and omg it worked!!! I used it and my bathtub hasnt clogged at all.               White chunks in gel - Failed on simple hair clog
              Large quarter-sized white chunks came out of the bottle when poured in the sink. The chunks remained - had to remove (carefully by hand.) Simple bathroom sink took entire 129 oz bottle, still not cleared.

                Clean Flush
                I was having trouble with 2 of 3 toilets in my house. I decided to pour a half bottle of Liquid Plumber into the tank on the two offending toilets, after turning off the water and emptying the tanks. Then after waiting 15 minutes I poured hot water into the tanks and flushed out the toilet bowls. Both toilets now work better, and flush completely.
