Very small light barely covers junction box, make sure wall is finished close to box, no overlap for gaps. Defective screw threading on mounting screw very close to delicate LED lights. Would not recommend for the price, the quality is just not there. Quality more in line with $10-15. light. Light functions fine. Outside of defective screw, installation was straight forward.

Great light output.
We put this light in a storage area under the stairs. It's on a switch with the main light. But we also have the pull switch so that when we don't need this light, it can be switched off independently. It has great light output so that we can see well under the stairway and it's low profile makes it less likely to get knocked into in this low clearance area.

The light was easy to install and has a lot of light when it is turned on. It was a snap to mount it to a 4-inch square electrical box, and since I have it hooked up to a wall switch, I was even able to remove the chain. I'm using one as a stairway light, and it lights up the whole stairway from top to bottom. Since I have wall switches for my closet lights, I prefer this model to the motion sensor models, which tend to cut off while I am still in the closet.

Easy to install, once you take the light cover off (if that step was in the directions, I missed it).
Best features: It doesn't stick out from the wall nearly as much as the last light fixture, and doesn't get as hot. Appears to be well made and I expect this will last longer than the old fashioned ceramic pull switch fixtures that broke soon after installation.
Potential issue: Although the base plate allows for numerous variations in placement, in my older house two lights ended up a little crooked due to features of the electrical box in the wall - so they are crooked on the inside of the closet. Still works, no issue unless you are VERY detail oriented (or whatever other phase you want to use to describe this characteristic).
Feature to note: LED lighting is different than incandescent or other types of lights. Light is bright, but different than what may have been there before if this is a replacement light. Don't expect it to be just like any other type of light.
