A: 2 will fit on a genesis. I use mine on the left side and use the left burner and sear station burner. It takes up half the grill. You can press as hard as you want. It is very well made.

The size of the griddle that you can fit on your grill will depend on a few factors - you need to be able to have sufficient room to close your grill hood over the griddles - this model has 3" high sidewalls. You should have at least 1/2" of room for proper air circulation on each side of the griddle. Because there are several models within the Genesis range, we recommend measuring your grate area and comparing the dimensions to the specifications of the product that you are interested in. We have many customers who love to make smash burgers on our griddles! Our grill-top griddles are manufactured from 100% stainless steel and reinforced with ventilated cross-bracing on the bottom. This construction method is durable and secure, and the amount of pressure exerted by smashing a burger patty to the surface would not flex or bend the griddle surface. A: Thank you for your question! Little Griddle stainless steel griddles may be used with outdoor camping stoves provided that a stainless steel or cast iron heat deflector is placed between the stove burners and the griddle. Using the griddle directly over a burner may warp the griddle, and the griddle should not be used with indoor stoves.

Breakfast on the weekends is like a bed and breakfast. I enjoy this Little Griddle and so does my family. Steak and eggs for start. No spills, washing is easy. I wash it by hand and dry. It’s an excellent addition to my kitchen tools. I highly recommend it and give it an A+. Can’t wait for the Holidays amazing dishes:)

I bought this Little Griddle as an accessory for my...

I bought this Little Griddle as an accessory for my Weber gas grill. I wanted to have the ability to use a griddle and still have a BBQ grill. So far it has met all my expectations. I especially enjoy using it to sear steaks and it is large enough for a great bacon, eggs and hash browns brunch. If cooking for a crowd I suggest the larger one. I am still exploring the many other uses for it. I am very happy with it and I do recommend it.
