Hi Mark, this is a full figure.
Are the flamingos painted on both sides?
YES!!!! They are BEAUTIFUL!! I sprayed them with clear Rustoleum before I put them out.

How do you secure them in yard.
I attached the stakes it came with but that wasn't enough so I placed a rock about 6 inches long between the feet .
I have them in lanai between 2 plant pots. I think the landscaping fabric pins could work for the yard

A Litton Lane Expert says these are ideally for indoor display only. So why are they advertised as garden sculptures? Can I place them outside or not? Thanks.
I live in a relatively low rainfall place. I placed mine in my garden that has drip irrigation. A year later, they still look great. The description says good for both indoor and outdoor settings. I used weed block fabric staples at the feet and covered with some rocks to hold them down better since I have active dogs. I'm sure they will become weathered eventually so maybe that's why they told you indoor is best.
I use mine outside in the flower bed. Husband had to anchor them down though. They look very cute.

To some extent yes. Mine are inside at the moment. Very colorful pieces. Like anything subjected to the elements overtime will fade colors

how are these items secured on the ground so the feet will be visable?
Yes, the flamingos came assembled.
I took some thick pieces of flagstone & glued them on with E6000 glue. The trick is to put glue on both sides of what you are gluing together, let it tack uup for 2 minutes, then join the two & hold for a minute or so. They sit right on top of the mulch.
