Worked very well for attaching quarter round tile trim into the corner of a shower with a too-wide gap between the adjacent walls. I applied the adhesive to the trim pieces and adhered them to the existing wall tiles. Very strong attachment. The adhesive is tacky so it grabs well for vertical applications and did not require tape to hold the pieces in place. You can wipe it clean with a damp rag for a few minutes but you will need mineral spirits or paint thinner if it starts to set up.

OK I AM IMPRESSED
After 2 years and 2 dab of PL I was astonished how great this product held up.
25lbs is a lot of weight on this sliced stone.

This is the best construction adhesive I’ve used
Most recent usage was multiple 7/8” metal pipes imbedded in 1” holes in oak for a specialty furniture application. I was worried about wobble after drying due to the wide fitment tolerance, this stuff set up like a rock and the pipes don’t budge under load.
The partially consumed tubes only seem to cure at the very tip, the tube remains usable for months unlike many I’ve used before, only a pea-sized hard nugget to eject and keep going.
This is my new default construction adhesive.

NOT for mirrors
Love the regular PL construction glue. I used it all the time with success.
I had a tough situation where I needed to glue mirrors to Tile. The PL MAX instructions stated it could do the job. Other glues were good for mirrors but not for tiles. Some Glues can etch or eat away at the mirror backing so I made sure I got an "approved" glue.
Well 2 days after mounting them I noticed black spots, the glue was eating away at the mirror backing, but I could live with it. After 2 weeks the black spots were everywhere and now I have to replace the mirrors. The only way to take them off is in pieces.
Hard to take pictures but I've attached a few photos.

So far so good - used this to help secure a fence top I built out of 99 yr old eave boards (mostly) to brick, to keep the next door bougainvillea next door. It seemed to be holding, even tho the gap was thicker than I anticipated. I added some concrete anchors the next day just to be sure, but the Loctite was holding initially.

I gave it four stars for now as it appears to be holding well on landscape bricks. If I remember a couple of years from now I will revise the rating dependant upon whether it is still holding up.
Easy to apply and completely hidden so no color matching issues.
