A:  Thank you for the question. The Loctite Professional Super Glue can bond stainless steel, though we do not speak to it specifically. Your results will depend upon the nature of the repair required, amount of available bonding surface, if the two pieces have a precise fit with no gaps, and how much stress the bonded area will be subjected to so results cannot be guaranteed. Keep in mind this product is not food safety tested for direct or indirect food contact. A:  I have not.used foe tour type of application- fyi. Based on my residential use, I cam say that the product can work well in many instances. I do get the sense that warm moisture (i.e. kitchen steams of cooking and large dishwashers) could undermine its efficacy.

A:  Thank you for the question. The Loctite Super Glue is not suitable for this intended use and will not work; and neither will any of our other Loctite products in this situation. Regrets

A:  It would not be safe to use glue for that type of application. Sounds like it needs to be heli arc welded

A:  This may not be the best glue fot that project - 2 suggestions, Contact the manufacturer to see if a replacemt part is available - or Try using a two-part epoxy, but if possible find a "splint" of some type to help join the two pieces.

A:  Thank you for the question. In general, low temperature is not critical to these types of glues whereas heat resistance is. Typical for a cyanoacrylate adhesives like the Loctite Professional Super Glue is -65 °F. This does not mean you will get these results in your project. Actual results will vary depending upon what the intended use is, size and scope of project, materials being bonded and what other conditions the glue bond may be subjected to, for example stress at the bond line or shock resistance.
