Did not perform as expected. Used to bond a damaged appliance door made if polypropylene. Bond didn’t even hold long enough for one use. Bonds, but seemingly week and not durable at least for my application. Might be ok for a low use, low impact application.

Super hold
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I stripped or damaged the hardware on my kitchen cabinets. So, I decided to try Loctite super glue pen to fix the hardware because it is a multi surface glue. I clean the area and applied the glue to the hardware and pressed it to the cabinet for 30 seconds. The process was simple and smooth. I like the style of the pen, it not bulky and it has a tip inside so that the glue will not spill unless you are pressing it down to release the glue. I would recommend having a glue pen handy to fix items around the house.

Easy to use in tiny pieces.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently repaired the nose piece on my favorite pair of sunglasses and was successful with Loctite super glue. This glue pen made repairing the tiniest pieces so much easier. It is perfect to get into small areas and had no noticeable strong odors and no runny mess. I did have to apply some pressure to the tip of the pen to release the glue as there is no way to squeeze the tube. It did not work well on a foam toy because of the pressure needed to release the super glue from the tip. So far, my sun glasses have held up to daily use!

Works great!

It dispenses a small of glue at a time and sucks the product back into the container and the lid therefore doesn't get glued on between different uses! That itself is amazing. The glue works with great quickness and effectiveness. I've used it for shoes, broken toys, and broken glasses and it has been great no matter the material.

I always have super glue for my crafts but they are so messy and it hardens right away.
This one on the other hand is not messy and it’s easy to use.

Truly works
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find myself fixing a lot of plastic and most things i have tried only worked for awhile and broke again. This locktite works very well apply the activated wait a bit apply the glue let it bond for 30 seconds I do let it set up for at least 12 hours and its a very good solid bond. i have fixed several cracked plastic pieces with this and you really cant notice the crack , It is very strong and bonds great i really like how it works i would recommend this for sure throw your regular super glue away and get this. worth the price.

Not my favorite
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually keep super glue on hand. This was my first time trying the super glue pen. I thought it was a good idea because you could direct the glue better and possibly preserve it so you can use it again. It wasn't terrible, but I learned not to use it on curved surfaces. You have to push down to eject glue, which can't be done on some slippery or curved surfaces. I think I will just stick with the regular tubes and chuck them after use.

works very well on ABS plastic, saved my UPS
I was hesitant to try it after reading the review, and i am glad i did try it out, it worked out very well! I used it to fix a ups that the housing was scattered and look how it turns out! Remember, USE the activator first on both surfaces, WAIT for 1 minute, and then APPLY glue on once surface and HOLD the two surfaces together tightly for about 60 seconds.

Buyer beware. The glue container is flimsy. If your screw cap doesn't go on easily it will break and spill glue everywhere.
The cap refused to screw on properly, breaking the thin neck of the glue container and spilling glue everywhere. Totally disappointing.

Best glue for polypropylene bonding
I"ve used this glue for several years and it never lets me down.
The activator pen is easy to use and once applied, the actual adhesive (some sort of instant glue variant) bonds in seconds. I've attached a picture of a bond between ABS and polypropylene using the bonding system. The contact area is very small but the bond is solid and holds up to moderate flexing/ pulling very well. My only complaint is the design of the adhesive tube design. Its a metal tube attached to a plastic nozzle/cap and after a very short time, either the nozzle clogs, the cap gets stuck on or the tube gets completely dried out. So when you buy this, plan on using it up within a short time for best results. I've seen several people on here complain about the activator pen being dried up. I've purchased this glue 5-6 times and have never had that problem. The clear activator liquid evaporates almost instantly when you apply it so it may seem like its dried up when it isn't. Whatever it is, it makes the bond super strong - I'm curious to know exactly what the activator does to the polypropylene to allow the glue to stick so well - but suppose that's a trade secret.
