Hi, Thank you for asking about these skillets. There are two main differences between the Everyday Pan and the 12" dual handle pan. The first is that the Everyday Pan sides are slightly rounded whereas the 12" dual handle has straighter sides. The second is that the Everyday Pan comes with a glass lid, and the 12” dual does not. I use my pan in my stand up smoker for putting the wood chunks in during smoking. My original wood pan wore out and is discontinued. This cast iron fits perfectly and is a great substitute for the original wood pan!
