MosaiCore Snow 28 MIL x 12 in. W x 10 in. L Glue Down Waterproof Vinyl Tile Flooring (12.3 sqft/case)

The only reason I didn't rate a 5 is because I wish installation was better. End of the day it came out looking very nice but I really wanted to achieve a seamless look between all of the tiles and I just couldn't for all of them. I can't imagine installing these across large rooms. It really looks nice and I like that the tiles can be easily removed to fix individual sections if necessary. Tiles were easy to cut and work with. I recommend wearing gloves during installation. The adhesive is beyond sticky and also handling the tiles may have irritated my fingertips. I think that if I had chosen not white tiles that much of what I am complaining about may be unnoticeable with a darker tile.

I put these down on a mostly even basement floor in a matter of hours, and even though I couldn’t get everything perfectly butted up against one another, I think it turned out pretty slick down there. Only been down there for a month or so, so not sure about wear and tear but so far so good! Only didn’t give 5 stars because install was a little tricky
