Q:Would these hold up in a sunroom with direct sun exposure? I have tried vinyl peel and stick plank, and tongue and grove lock vinyl and both have curled up and not fair well in the room.

Q:Is the profile intent to expose a small (roughly 1/32") sliver of the joint in the long axis of the tiles? I can get a clean hairline joint on the short edges, however the long edges do not tap into place without leaving a joint (or breaking the profile).

Not Durable, scratches very easily
I installed this flooring myself in my kitchen/laundry room a few weeks ago. It went together fairly easy although you have to line them up exactly to get them to snap together and lay flat which was irritating. Don’t even bother buying the installation tool kit. You will just break the edges of the tiles trying to use it and the tiles wont click together if they’re lying flat anyway so the tools are useless. Other tiles snap together much easier and are much more forgiving. I ordered 12 boxes and 1 of them must have been a lighter color. You can’t tell when you lie them next to eacother but once they’re installed it’s obvious and it looks bad. The worst part about theses tiles is that they scratch VERY easily. I didn’t realize this until after the job was done and now I’m stuck. Dropped a tool? Scratched. Moved your fridge or any other appliance? Scratched. Slide literaly anything across the floor at all? Scratched. These tiles are not durable at all and have no place being on a floor. The only use for these would be if you were installing them on the ceiling and even then they would probably somehow still get scratched. I don’t expect these to last even a year

You need actual tools
This stuff is great. Looks great feels great on the feet, easy to clean. Love it! But it’s ludicrous to try to install this with a utility knife. You really do need actual tools - I found this stuff easy to work with, but I have a full range of power tools. At least get a jigsaw if you don’t want to go all out. Well worth the money in saved frustration.

Love this flooring
Had this installed in my dinning, kitchen and laundry room in March.
This floor is easy to clean and maintain even with a small dog, I was really surprised at the quality as did the installer.
The only small drawback was the fact that there were different shade planks in the same box so we had to be careful not to use the odd color planks.
I labored with my decision for months, but I am so glad I went with the Lucida.
I am actually going to use the same as my bathroom flooring in a few months.
I highly recommend this product instead of linoleum or tile flooring.

The tiles were many different shades of light gray. I tried separating them to see if they could be laid in a pattern but there were just too many differences to do anything with them. The product would be much better if they were all the same shade of gray. The tiles also mark easily if you slide anything heavy across the floor.

impossible to install
I am a fairly calm person. This flooring was so frustrating to install that I considered destroying it. Every time you try to install a new row it causes the previous row to become slightly misaligned. I spent three hours and could not get more than two rows installed. Do not buy this product if you value your sanity or a smooth install process.

We like the look of this but had a hard...
We like the look of this but had a hard time getting the pieces to lock and stay together. We would get one row in and when we went to the next row some would pop out from the first row while banging on the board for the new row. Overall very frustrating, but it was also our first time installing and we were going around a lot doorways and corners in a small space.

The quality of the tile is good, however, after putting the floor down per the instructions, the tiles are separating at the seams in spots. It is impossible to fix without taking up the entire floor and replacing it with new tiles which would be obviously expensive.
