Must Have with Lutron Smart Switches
I bought three of these to go with my Lutron Smart switches. I added one in my laundry room, guest bathroom, and master closet. Very convenient to set up additional automation to turn on and off when entering a room.

I needed a motion sensor to cover the blind spots in my garage. The motion sensor wall switch misses most of the garage. After installing both Lutron Caseta wall switch and motion sensor, my garage no longer has blind spots from the Lutron Caseta motion sensor. The motion sensor works perfectly. Pairing anything with the Caseta system is always wick and easy to do. Highly recommend this one

Disappointed in this product…
I currently have around 45 Caséta Wireless light switches/dimmers, lamp dimmer modules, and pico remotes, and love them. I purchased a few of these motion sensors to add to the ecosystem and for the first time I am very disappointed in Lutron and the lack of intuitiveness. The sensors will trigger when there is no motion in the area from changes in temperature or from sunlight and despite being relocated to other areas of the house they still triggered false positives.

Needs ambient lite sensitivity
Did not give 5 stars because Disappointed it doesn't adjust to ambient light conditions during daylight hours and you have to deactivate on function during daylight hours to keep it from turning on Lights when there is ample sun light.

Install a Maestro Sensor and lights/fan turn on when you enter the room, and then turn off automatically after you leave. The sensor is designed to detect motion from a heat-emitting source (such as a person entering a room) within its field-of-view and automatically switch lights ON. These sensors have multi-segmented lenses. For units to sense motion, the person must cross between two segments. The distance between segments increases the farther you are from the sensor, so motion has to be larger the farther you are from the unit. PIR sensors are considered line-of sight sensors, meaning that the sensor must be able to have a direct line-of-sight to the person making the motion. The sensor includes self-adaptive technology that continuously self-adjusts sensitivity and time delay in real-time, maximizing the potential energy savings that are available in the particular application. In Automatic on Mode, the lights turn ON when a person enters the room. In Manual on Mode, the lights are turned ON by activating a momentary switch (model# GMDS) that is connected to the sensor. When used with 2level lighting (R model only), Bi-level Automatic On can be achieved which allows Zone 1 to come on automatically upon occupancy. Zone 2 does not come on unless the occupant presses the optional momentary switch. When enabled, the daylighting feature (R models only) prevents lights from turning ON when the room is adequately illuminated by natural light.
The MicroSet self-adjusting technology continuously monitors multiple sub-frequencies in the event that if a continuous Doppler shift occurs, such as those created by airflow from an air duct, the sensor will identify the noise as continuous and then block it out of view at a select sub-frequency. It will continue to monitor other sub frequencies for human motion. This avoids false-activation, while still maintaining the high level of sensitivity that is necessary for sensing minor motion in a changing environment. Separate concurrent time delays for both Passive Infrared and Ultrasonic technologies avoid false activations or deactivations. In Automatic On Mode, the lights turn ON when a person enters the room.
