About This Product
Experience the ultimate convenience with the original Caseta dimmer and Pico remote control. The dimmer gives you the ability to set the right light for any activity whether it's reading, watching TV, entertaining or having a casual dinner. Control the lights from anywhere in the room by using the Pico remote control either in your hand, on a tabletop pedestal (L-PED1-WH, sold separately) or by mounting the remote directly to the wall with the wall plate bracket (PICO-WBX-ADAPT, sold separately). You can even use the Pico remote to control the lights from your car as you arrive home. The remote lets you turn lights ON/OFF as well as brighten or dim them. With the Lutron Caseta Smart Hub (L-BDG2-WH, sold separately), you can control your Caseta dimmers with your smartphone from anywhere. The dimmer works up to 600-Watt of incandescent or halogen and 150-Watt of dimmable LED, no neutral wire required. Kit includes (1) Caseta dimmer switch, (1) Pico 3-button remote, and (1) Claro 1-gang wallplate. Pico wallplate bracket not included, sold separately.

The light is on, but won't get brighter or turn off.

If the light turns on but will not dim or turn off, this typically indicates that the dimmer may not be properly wired, or the load may not be fully compatible with the Caséta dimmer. A few things to check: Make sure the dimmer is installed correctly and fully seated in the wall box. If you are unsure, please visit the Lutron Wiring Wizard for wiring guidance. Confirm the bulbs are dimmable LED, incandescent, or halogen (non-dimmable LEDs can cause this behavior). What other colors does the pico remote come in
Hi Regan. When part of a kit, they will always come in Gloss White. As Pico remotes have many uses, some are available in more colors than others. How far away from the switch can you be for the wireless remote to still function
Hello! Lutron Wireless Pico remotes have a range of 60 ft direct line of sight, 30 ft through obstructions.
I have a 4 way connection. 3 switches and the lights of course. Can this dimmer be used in my appplication. If not do tou have one that will. Need the remote Thank you. Angelo

The PD-6WCL that is part of this kit is a single-pole control, but you can use it in 3- or 4-way applications together with Lutron Pico remotes (PJ2-3BRL-GWH-L01) and Pico wallbox adapters (PICO-WBX-ADAPT). Does it work with Alexa
For smart control—including scenes, scheduling, geo-fencing, control from your phone, and to use it with Alexa— you will need the Caséta smart bridge or hub. Once you have the smart bridge, the device can be added to your voice activated system.
Can this remote switch work with a neon light

Can this be used to make existing 3 way switches into 4 way?
Hello Scott! Yes, the dimmer included in this kit can pair directly with up to 10 Pico Wireless remotes. The Pico will allow for a remote location anywhere you would like. To mount the Pico remote, please use the PICO-WBX-ADAPT.
Can this be used as a single pole switch, and let’s say I just want it for the turning my lights on and off and don’t care for the dimming feature and the bulbs are not dimming compatible, will it still work properly
