What is the range between the Lutron outdoor smart plug and the pico remote if using the remote as an on/off switch only (no hub required?). How can the range be extended if needed?
Hello! The range between the Pico remote and the Outdoor Smart Plug will be 30 ft through obstructions or 60 ft direct line of sight. If more range is needed, the Caseta Hub (model L-BDG2-WH) and Wireless Repeater (PD-REP-WH) can be used. However, these are indoor-use only.
Can this remote paddle be paired with a Lutron outdoor plug in which a transformer will be plugged to it so the outdoor low voltage lights can be turned on and off with the remote paddle?
Yes, you can use any of our on/off Pico remotes to control the plug locally. The Pico remote is only rated for indoor use, but will still be able to control the outdoor smart plug as long as it is within range.
Does the Pico Paddle Remote (PJ2-P2B-GWH) include a wall-mounting kit for the remote?

Can you convert a 3-way setup with a claro smart switch on one end and an accessory switch on the other end to single pole claro smart with this item on the other end controlling the claro smart?
Hello, The Claro Smart Switch (Model# DVRF-5NS) is compatible with our Pico Paddle Remote. The Pico is able to pair directly to this in wall control, or through the Lutron app (if you have Caseta hub) If you plan on mounting the Pico remote to the wall, you may want to consider picking up the wallbox adapters (PICO-WBX-ADAPT). This will allow the Pico remote to be wall mounted with a wall plate around it. Can you add multiple pico switches to control a light circuit from multiple locations or are you limited to one add on switch per circuit?? For example a single Claro switch with 3 pico remotes??
