Q:I have installed 4 of the Juno WF6C RD TVWH MWM6 wafer led lights on this switch. When i try to dim, it blinks all 4 lights. No adjustments stop the blinking. how do i make the dimmer work properly?

We recently remodeled our kitchen and needed dimmers for the new LED fixtures. These dimmers work perfectly with no light flicker or flashing. The darkness adjustment prevents the lights from ever being completely dark as was a problem with older dimmers. Being both single pole and 3-way there is never a worry about buying the wrong dimmer as most kitchens have numerous 3 -way and single pole switches.

Works like a switch should - you know, on when it’s on and off when it’s off.
Nice to have the slider in addition to the toggle so you can set the light brightness to your liking/typical level and then use the separate toggle for ON/OFF.
Another nice touch is the internal “dial” for setting the minimum dimming level prior to attaching the faceplate. So, after installation and it’s buttoned up, when you push the slider to the minimum (after you brought home flowers and put on some Barry White) it dims the light to the level you set on the internal dial.
Works well with dimmable LED bulbs as well.

This was my third use of this product in my house. The prior uses were for two different lights in my kitchen.
This use was to dim new and much brighter LED lights at my front entrance. The installation is straightforward.
What do I like most about the product?
That the on/off switch looks identical to the other 3 switches in the 4-gang box. The dimmer is a small vertical slide on the side. Yet it all fits with the existing switch cover plate!

I didn't see any reviews with 3 in a box, so here it is. We upgraded our old incandescent can lights with retrofitted LEDs. Did 2 several years ago, but didn't do the other 7 because they were really expensive, like $40 per light. But now you can get 8 lights for $32! Great! But...
After installation, even though they were only 65 watts, the lights were so much brighter we thought we were in a tanning booth! So decided to install dimmers. But darn it all! Dimmers are $60 for 3! But it looks great, they work awesome, and we'll save tons of $$ on electricity.

Rather than the old style knob dimmer, this unit uses a conventional up/down toggle switch. Discreetly on its side sits the sliding brightness control.
Over the years, this is my third separate use of this product.
I highly recommend it.
The unit comes with color matching screws. I chose to use my own for a little contrast.
