Product Details

This is the world's finest all-purpose cleaner. It contains no solvents, chlorine, phosphates or abrasives. It is highly concentrated, water reducible and biodegradable. It removes dirt, grease, stains, odor and oxidation. It has great penetrating power and cleaning ability. It reduces up to 40:1 for pressure washing. It reduces up to 64:1 for shampooing. It replaces 90% of special cleaners and performs over 100 cleaning jobs. It is for interior and exterior use. A hang tag is placed on each bottle listing all the jobs it will perform and how to dilute for each.

Makes a dirty house look new; dilutes up to 40:1; can be used with or without bleach; no hand scrubbing is needed even on oxidation; can be used in a hand pump sprayer, a gallon of house wash cut 40:1 will wash 8800 sq. ft.

A: Yes it will, I mix the house wash with bleach. In a 1 gallon sprayer, 1 cup house wash and 2 cups of bleach fill with water. Spray it on leave it set for a few minutes, wash off with water.

A: M1 is a good cleaner for removing dirt and grime, but had no luck with removing oxidation. Good news, by adding bleach will also remove mildew.

A: I do not know. I bought it to try and remove white chalking on bricks under windows. I did not work on brick.

A: I think it's better to start with the most gentle approach when applying any cleaners and chemicals. Try this without bleach. Mix cleaner with some water in a pump bottle. Apply to shingles and let sit a few minutes. If you have a power washer, don't hold the gun too close to the roof when cleaning. If you end up needing to use bleach, add a small amount and see if that works. Make sure to wear sneakers so you won't slide on the roof. When you clean with water and the cleaner, it will be slippery.

I of course had left my house go too long without pressure washing. So I was looking for a good cleaner to use on both my vinyl siding, my vinyl fence (was white but now a little greenish from mildew and dirt), and my shed (wood) siding. This M-1 House Wash was up to the job. I sprayed it with a garden sprayer (did not add bleach) and then pressure washed. It did an amazing job, and I didn't need to do any hand scrubbing except for a little stubborn stain on the bottom of the fascia board which I hadn't gotten clean the last time I cleaned the house. I was very happy with this product!

Economical to use

This is a very versatile cleaning product, it can be used on just about everything - the label lists cedar, aluminum,, galvanized, vinyl, stucco, fiberglass, masonite, plastic, and even painted wood. There was not a strong smell, and it contains no phosphates, solvents, abrasives, or chlorine. It is very cost effective and dilutes up to make 44 gallons! It effortlessly removed mildew and stains from our wood siding, making it ready to paint in no time.

Try this on your vinyl siding and you won't regret

Usually, I am too lazy to write reviews but this one really deserves it. Better than anything I tried for the last month, cleaning my siding. No odor, no plant damage. They don't spend big bucks on ads but instead created great product. Forget about those big names you see online and on the shelves - I tried many with very mediocre results. I feel stupid as I followed the crowd. Wasted a lot of time and money. That's how advertising works, unfortunately for all of us...

I have used M1 for years, it cuts dirt and mildew very quickly. I just spray it on and let it sit, then spray it off. If it has a major built-up just light rubbing is needed to remove the spot. Will purchase it again. Shipped very fast and received in excellent condition.
