I needed a decorative material that wouldn't corrode to replace a cold air return from 1972. This aluminum sheet was the perfect solution; easy to cut, cleans easily with vacuum, powder finish doesn't hold dirt and plenty of unrestricted airflow. Replacement cost for custom over sized vents is very high, this solution gave me a custom look and a fun project as well. The attached photos are before and after.
