Painted wood doors w/ open covered porch. Some water when it rains, snow up to 3 times yr but doors are mounted on bricks ABOVE porch floor so don't sit in h2o. Can I put this on OUTSIDE of my doors? (swing INSIDE). Adding decorative metal plates too.

If installed on the outside of an inswing door, it will either not allow the door to shut properly or it will allow the elements to get into the house. Is this product designed to be inside on the exterior side of entry door or interior side of entry door?

I recently installed a door sweep that the rodents chewed through the vinyl bottom of. Can rodents chew through the bottom of this sweep?
Thank you for reaching out. There is a chance that rodents will chew on this vinyl as well. We would recommend using our DENY sweeps. Item number 40721 is the black version. This sweep has a natural abrasive in it that is designed to provide a physical barrier against bugs. This can potentially keep the rodents from chewing on it as well. Thanks

Where exactly is the nylon stop roller supposed to be placed after the door sweep is it place? The instructions were a bit confusing.
