Can the Luba 3 mow in different patterns?
Hello, Potatpoicker. LUBA 3 currently supports both manual and automatic mowing modes. It also allows you to adjust the mowing route. It offers both single-arc and dual-arc modes. If you have any other questions, we recommend contacting our customer service team on our official website.
My front and back yard is split by a gate. Will this more work with 2 separate docking stations and 1 mower?
"Hello, Donald. We do not recommend using two charging stations for a single device. Each device should be paired with one charging station. We suggest adding a passageway between the two areas. If it is not possible to add a passageway, you can also use the DropMow function, which allows the mower to start mowing immediately without any mapping process. Simply place the mower on the lawn, press the ‘Mow&Start’ button, and it will automatically generate a zigzag path based on its current orientation. This temporary map is not saved, making it ideal for quick, one-off mowing jobs.”
Will it work on our WIFI mesh with outdoor coverage but without good cell service?
Hi,Charlie.Thank you for your question! The mower supports both Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity. If your lawn area is covered by your Wi-Fi mesh network, you can connect the mower directly to Wi-Fi and use it normally without relying on cellular service. As long as the Wi-Fi signal provides sufficient coverage in the areas where the mower operates, it should be able to stay connected and function as expected.
Why does HD include the RTK antennae for the Luba 3 3000/3000H when that model does NOT use the RTK antennae. This information is something I got from an agent on Mammotion's website.
Because the network RTK was not available in the US until very recently. It is likely that any Luba that ships now will not include the RTK.

Do the LUBA 3 AWD 3000 need a subscription to GPS
The LUBA 3 3000 comes with a built-in 4G module and includes three years of free 4G service. Regarding positioning, the LUBA 3 3000 primarily uses 360° LiDAR for navigation and relies on an RTK base station for data correction. Therefore, purchasing the LUBA 3 3000 automatically includes a physical RTK base station.
No, the RTK and Luba both use GPS and then talk to one another for GPS positioning. There is no subscription for that. I have a luba 2 5000h and it has been great.
