Q:I purchased 5 of these in August 2021 for my back porch. Yes, it is large! The light won't turn off on one of them. The remote works fine and will dim and brighten the light, but the quick tap will not turn it off, like it has in the past. Please help it

Nice fan, but missing adapter
The is a beautiful fan and very quiet. Even though it says angled mount in the specifications, we got ready to install it on an angled ceiling only to discover that it doesn't have the angled mount adapter included. I knocked off a star because I think that for a $600 fan that says angled mount in the description I shouldn't have to spend another $30 for the proper adapter, which had to be ordered. I had scaffolding and a partially assembled fan sitting in my living room for several days.

Perfect outside fan
Beautiful outside fan. Easy to install. Good air flow. Phone app controls are a nice bonus. Better than expected. I have other Minka-Aire fans that have lasted 4+ years. Hopefully this one is just a reliable.

Nice looking but a little disappointed in airflow
Bought 5 of these for a large patio. Wanted to circulate and push a lot of air around. Works well but thought it would produce more wind.

Windmolen fan.
Puts out a lot of air, have been complimented by multiple friends on its appearance. Love that I can use an app on my phone to turn it on/off. Super quiet. Have had it for about 2 months, use it daily.

Should be recalled
We bought this fan for our summer room, and after 2 days the fan fell. The wires on the inside of the pole twisted from the inside and snapped causing it to fall.
