Door looks good once painted. For some reason, the latch receiver cutout location on the frame did not match that of the door, and I had to expand it. Other than that, the installation was straightforward and the door looks great and seals well.

The door was too close to the threshold and the threshold could not be adjusted. The door would not close. The holes for hardware in the frame and the door did not match. I had to replace the bottom weather sealing and redo the hardware holes. It took a lot of additional work.
