Even with the supplied clear washers, the shelf is still not completely level.. Also it's very hard to tighten the decorative screws. I had to use a rubber jar opener to tighten.

This has a very poor design. The placement of the 1 screw that holds the shelf piece is off center, and you cannot use any tools to tighten it; it has to be tightened by hand. This causes the shelf to tilt forward and not be leveled. Incredibly idiotic design. I returned mine.

Poor quality
The mounting holes in the glass were not in the right place causing the shelf to sit too far from the wall and it didn’t sit level. The template for the mounting screws was also off by a fraction of an inch. Not recomended.
