AnswerHi Peter. Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada at this time. Your best solution would be to find a Home Depot store on the US side that is closest to you and order the item there. You would also have to pick the item up and the US store as we do not ship from store to Canada. As an example, our Port Huron Store (fort Gratiot) #2733 is right on the border. The unit is not approved for use in Massachusetts. ...
The unit is not approved for use in Massachusetts. I reached out to the manufacturer to see if they had any approval certificates but they never got back to me. MA state website does not it listed as approved. Plumbing inspector failed the rough inspection for using a device not approved in Massachusetts. Why would Home Depot sell products in MA that can’t be installed in MA? Why isn’t there a disclaimer to confirm it is approved for MA use before you buy it????
