waste of time and money
Didn’t come with all the necessary parts then when I got the unit it was plastic cost over $200 and can’t even complete the job because I have to order another part. They don’t tell you anywhere that you need an additional part. What a waste of time and money.

This product is using enhanced polymers to make these parts resistant to corrosion and rust; the enhanced polymers are tested to ensure they are durable over time and usage. We have had this for 16 years and has been great
We have had this shower for 16 years and has been great through all my kids. It is now cracked underneath as you can see but was just told by one of your people that the lifetime warranty does not apply to this. I am the original builder and only owner of this home. All I need is the new slide bar attachements. Not quite understanding why this doesn’t apply. I purchased Moen for its lifetime warranty.

Poor quality
We have had this installed in our new home and the hand held will no longer stay in one spot. It either falls or we have to prop it against the wall behind it!

none of these come with all the parts required to install even after talk to someone at home depot, if mounting this seperate from your overheald you need to order an extra part
