Very nice shower head, bought to replace the old one for my newly tiled shower. It needs good water pressure to fully function. I am on a well and need to increase the tank pressure to get a good stream from this, but the quality seems very good and the ease of adjustment is very satisfying.

The pole connectors are brittle and cheaply made of plastic. I’ll be calling Moen for a replacement part because one of them broke and will not hold the end cap in place. Aside from that detail it’s a good product.

inadequate water pressure with eco performance limits showerhead effectiveness.
Incorrect advertisement led to wrong product. I own this product in another bathroom and like it except it only produces 1.75 gpm and is not quite strong enough. On H.D website, this particular product clearly stated "2.0 gpm." I thought perhaps it was a model made before Moen decreased all its heads to 1.75. When I rec'd the product, it was cleary labeled "1.75." so I had to return it. Unfortunate that we cannot trust the site's advertising to be accurate. Also unfortunate that Moen does not make a 2.0 or 2.5 handheld shower when Delta and Kohler do. I did not the like the color and design of Delta and Kohler so I am just out of luck right now. This is upsetting because these heads are extremely expensive. And paying $3-500 for something you are just "making do" with is pretty bad. for this price, there shoud be enough choices to satisfy buyers.

Disappointed Purchase 90% plastic
We continually choose MOEN for quality. But very disappointed in this purchase. We have used this in the past but apparently in 5 years MOEN is looking only at their bottom line and no longer looking at quality. We purchased this because we loved our last one at our last house and wanted to add to our master. The ONLY metal in this product is the actual bar. The shower head, the connector pieces AND the hose are ALL PLASTIC! I purchased at a high end plumbing store expecting better quality than big box stores but that was obviously incorrect. I'm not sure how this will hold up over time with use since it is PLASTIC!
