A:  Did call your help line and am in process of getting mirror down and back on the wall,thanks.The set screw is on bottom of arm holding the mirror,not the portion that screws into the wall.Once found,could get the arm down and am waiting for gluing to dry

A:  That was lucky!  I would try gorilla glue or some other adhesive.  Try reaching out to the company. Maybe they can send new adhesive pads for the back.

A:  I suspect this was an issue because Moen now uses different mounting hardware for that mirror. Below is Moen's warranty for that mirror. I would think they'd honor the warranty if the adhesive failed. Not to be flippant with other people's money, but for under a hundred bucks you can buy a new one. "Limited Lifetime Warranty - If this product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship at any time during the life of the product, Moen will replace it free of charge, postage-paid. Simply contact Moen at 1-800-882-0116 for replacement information. This warranty does not cover products which have been abused, altered, damaged, misused, cut or worn."

Frameless Pivoting Wall Mirror in Brushed Nickel is designed to complement other collections in the brushed nickel and spot resist brushed nickel finishes. At this time Moen does not manufacture a mirror in the Lindor collection; however many of the collections that we do manufacture the mirrors would complement the Lindor collection.
