    Towel bar holds 2 bath towels. Ring holds hand towel. Toilet paper bar holds a roll of toilet paper. Looks good and we like it.

    Yes, the arm pivots up from one side to put the toilet paper roll on. When you put it back down, it rests / locks into the other side.

The paper holder extends 3.1” from the wall. The towel bar is 24” in length and extends 3.1” from the wall. The Towel ring is 6” in diameter and 6.798” from top to bottom.     Beautiful finish. Liked the allen screws to tighten the brackets to the plates instead of the little screws that other towel racks use. The round towel bar was made of much thicker, sturdier steel than cheap towel bars. I was worried it might spin in the end holders because it wasn't notched and keyed to prevent spinning, but this wasn't a problem. Template made marking and drilling the holes very easy without any measuring. Contrary to what others have said, I thought the wall anchors were very easy to use, and very solid and strong. The pivoting toilet paper holder means no more dropping the spring loaded roll holder like the older style holder uses. And you can change the paper with one hand! Never will you yank the paper trying to rip it, and have the roll go flying across the room.
