The set screw size for the Banbury Double Robe Hook in Spot Resist Brushed Nickel is M4 x .7 x 8mm and requires a 2mm hex wrench.  Please contact our Consumer Services Center for warranty assistance; they can be reached at 800-289-6636. A:  There should be two screws inside to mount the inner piece on the wall. You can use any size as long as they fit. Then for the "outside", there is a little screw in the bottom. I think the little one is going to be hard to find. Your best bet is taking it in homedepot and match up the size.

The Moen Banbury Double Robe Hook in Mediterranean Bronze comes with mounting hardware for a drywall installation; however it can be mounted on a on a wooden door with appropriate mounting hardware which would have to be purchased separately. A:  The wall anchor should be usable through a hollow panel door or drywall if installed as instructed. I installed two in my drywall wall. If memory serves, you drill a 3/8" diameter hole, flex the plastic anchor wings such that they fit into the hole, tap it in with a hammer so that it is flush to the wall, screw a plate into that threaded anchor (raised edges out), which expands the "wings" behind the drywall (or door panel). Make sure you back the set-screw out on the Hook with the supplied Allen wrench so the tip is no longer visible. The plate has raised edges that when you position the hook from the top down onto, and then tighten the set screw at the bottom of the hook, which catches behind the lower plate edge, securing the Hook to the plate.

A:  You probably could but not totally sure. I screwed mine into a stud in the wall. The Home Depot staff might be able to tell you or let you open the box to check the length of the screw.

A:  Pretty sure you could. Just don't use the drywall nuts.

The Moen Banbury Double Robe Hook in Spot Resist Brushed Nickel would need a 2mm Hex wrench to remove the setscrew at the bottom of the robe hook to remove from the mounting bracket. A:  If you are talking about removing the robe hook. Use a hex wrench to loosen the set screw on the bottom against the wall. It may be sticky and require some work to loosen it, then remove the wall plate and install the new one in its place using the same wall anchor. If you are talking about the wall anchor? You would use a nail to push the leaves inside the wall so that they can be forced out through the hole. Otherwise use a 5/16" drill the drill out the anchor. Not very clean. Try the 1st way if possible
