The Centerset dimension is the distance between the centers of the mounting holes in a sink or lavatory. Faucets have hardware that fits into these holes. Typically, kitchen sinks are 8-inch centers and bathroom lavatories are 4-inch centers and the faucets are not interchangeable from one type to the other.
It is the spacing of the hot and cold supply lines to the facet.

Yes it has a drain for a sink with a overflow.
My over flow was cast into the sink itself. I don't remember any other parts other than the faucet and the hardware for the top and bottom of the drain assembly.

Our sink has three holes. The center hole is 1/2 inch in diameter. The two outside holes are each 1 inch in diameter. We can't enlarge the holes because the sink is porcelain. Will this faucet fit in our sink?
