not by "Moen" its made by Creative Specialties a division of Moen. Not the same quality as you would expect from Moen. Thought i was getting a great deal on a Moen product.

Nice Looking Towel Bar at a Great Price
The towel bar was easy to install. It has a modern, sleek look which gave the bathroom an updated look. Although the towel bar is lightweight, it can hold two heavy bath towels. I also like the length of the bar which is longer than the one I replaced. It's a great value for the price. Note: it is packaged as "Donner Bath Furnishings," which is a division of Moen.

Unit not as I expected. It is plastic and the mount is far different from the original Moen of the same style that it is replacing. I did not expect that it would basically be a branded by Moen instead of an actual Moen towel bar.
